The odd thing is, the “Half-Blood” can be read a few ways – either only part-royalty (but all wizard), or part-Muggle, or both…
If part-Muggle, I guess Neville would be out.
Neville’s parents aren’t dead. They’re both in St. Mungo’s (mental hospital) brain damaged from being cursed (Cruciatus) by either Voldemort or his Death Eaters. I believe the kids ran into Neville and his grandmother visiting his parents in book 5 when Arthur Weasley got injured.
And both Longbottoms were aurors and full blood witches.
Voldemort (Tom Riddle)is a half blood (meaning half witch and half muggle).
His parents WERE NOT killed by Voldemort

it is true voldemort could be the half-prince but it could also b someone else, could be sirtus or Lupin 4 all we know, but the real question i believe is who is goina diiieeee, my vote is on conilous fudge, because there is a new minister, and i think the new minister will either b Percy, or Arther (weasley), or Dumbledore.
