3 Stops on Today's Bus Ride of Design Fun:

1. Open Source Web Design - share your web designs for all to use... or find quick inspiration for that late project!

2. I ended up at No Symbols Where None Intended through Chuck's blog (I always look at blogs by people named Jason) and noticed that the blog changes colors over time. How cool.

3. Looking for a handy script, I came across A List Apart, self-described as "for people who make websites; from pixels to prose, coding to content." Some good reads and helpful tips there, including an article on coding to standards rather than to browsers, a recent hot topic at work.

I like that effect on "No Symbols," too. Also, the font seems to adjust its size when you first enter. This "movement" is an interesting effect.

Yeah, I like the notion of adjustable stylesheets, although I wonder how useful they are(n't). I mean, what if you could store, say, 5 different CSS in MovableType and choose which one you want displayed. I know you can *kind of* do that now, but I wonder if that would be a useful feature (or not) to play with design ideas... So, less a public choice and more for the developer/content provider.

Just thinking through these issues since I'm working on an open-source XML Image repository with (you guessed it) more than one style choice (hopefully, eventually).
